We started pressing organic juices nearly 15 years ago. The Soil Association sets a very high standard for the growers to meet and we often have difficulties obtaining all the ingredients that we need. Nevertheless we have persevered and the range is now wonderfully varied - there is something for everyone! Largely available in both 75cl and 25cl glass bottles our Organics range adds a special little something to a regular fruit or vegetable juice. Vegetable juices have been popular in Northern Europe for many years, but it has only been recently that they have caught on and become increasingly popular. On the whole they are surprisingly sweet, tasty and refreshing and are definitely set to become a genuinely popular option as attitudes slowly change. Here Karl, we either do 2 cards or we add the image of both, small and large bottles. Probably the latter would be best.


In 1905, Thomas Fentiman, an iron puddler from Cleckheaton, England was approached by a fellow tradesman for a loan. A deal was struck and a recipe for botanically brewed ginger beer was provided as security. The loan was never repaid so Thomas became the owner of the unique recipe. Thomas began using the recipe and producing botanically brewed ginger beer which he delivered door-to-door using a horse and cart for transport.
The world has changed a lot during the years since Thomas Fentiman founded the business and Fentimans have had to adapt to meet the demands of this world. Changes in the way people shop mean that we don’t deliver door-to-door anymore and instead sell our beverages in retail outlets, bars and restaurants. Some things have not changed however. The business is still in the Fentimans family and is owned by the Great Grandson of Thomas Fentiman and we still make our beverages by the time honoured method of botanically brewing the finest natural ingredients. Our production processes have been updated through the addition of mild carbonation to replace the carbon dioxide lost during pasteurisation, which gives the product a longer life.


Qcumber was born out of one of those rare ‘eureka’ moments. One summer’s evening we were enjoying a gin with slices of crisp cucumber in it and the thought came to us ‘this could be the next flavour’ ….and (after a lot of hard work!) Qcumber saw the light of day! A versatile drink, great on its own but also perfect as a mixer for gin, vodka and Pimms
